a sack! it's getting serious!
jokes aside, I think today's update is a milestone, since the very first "game-y" features have been added. that is, there's now an inventory system and a system for collecting certain items! right now, all there is to do is pick up various pebbles scattered around, and they can be dropped, which spawns in little sacks to act as storage units. so yeah, big step into making this a proper game!
that said, I sort of ran out of time and didn't get as much done as I wanted. in particular, there isn't a way to retrieve items from sacks yet. since, honestly, I finished up some of the code 15 minutes ago (meaning there will probably be some bugs... but I hope not!) anyways, next update, we'll be able to retrieve dropped items for sure, and hopefully there will be some more things to pick up as well!
